Judith is an entrepreneur, investor, and a senior leader in the aviation industry. Throughout her career, she has moved from a check-in desk, right up to the senior executive positions in private aviation and airlines - both on the national and international level. Being the only woman in the room in many instances, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge about navigating a heavily male-dominated industry as an aspiring woman leader.

She has a strong interest in how education influences career choices and progression – Judith has set up and consulted for a number of charities that support and mentor young girls in the poorer countries. She is also a mentor in the alta mentoring programme (aviation industry), and she has been involved in several UK Trade & Investment and UK Research and Innovation mentoring programmes.
