Dr Jennifer Martin is the Executive Director for the Executive MBA programme at the University of Cambridge’s, Judge Business School (CJBS). Here Dr Martin leads the EMBA programme and is currently leading on a project across the programme to ensure our programme is the most diverse, from prospective student……through the whole life cycle……all the way to the support for our Alumni. In addition, Dr Martin is also teaching Diversity, Equity and Inclusion this year at CJBS.
In addition, Dr Martin is a Professorial Lecturer at Hult International Business School, where Dr Martin teaches across the management, leadership and the global marketing sphere and is extremely passionate about delivering courses on the ‘costs of doing business poorly’ normally around Human Resource Management, Marketing, Leadership and Diversity. She is also extremely passionate about applied learning and regularly supervises a number of students on marketing and management internships throughout the Hult International Business and Management degree.
Dr Martin’s current research passion is around the topic of the benefits of tackling diversity properly and the costs of not implementing effective diversity strategies. Her previous PhD research has focused on the pedagogy of postgraduate business schools, the skills faculty need to deliver ’effective teaching’ and what fortune 500 companies want from their students.
Jen has a wealth of global business school experience after working across Asia for 6 years, and then across the pond, in both Boston and San Francisco, USA for 4 years, before returning back to her roots in Cambridge 5 years ago.
