  • The way workspaces are planned and designed can reflect culture of the organisation, the motivations of staff and the management and goals of the employer.
  • Every employee is unique, so workspaces need to reflect diversity and individual thoughts
  • A variety of scientific robustness tools was utilized in this study to rethink the workspace that allows employees to customise their work situation to fit their specific contexts, needs, and preferences.
  • The study included efficiency analyses in terms of the approaches provided to promote inclusivity at the workspace such as trainings, toolkits for change, reframing disability, and creative allies.
