Parul is the founder of Parallel Minds, a neurodiversity consultancy that helps organisations build genuinely neuroinclusive workplaces, not just more aware, but more equitable and sustainable. 

She brings a unique blend of lived experience, strategic insight, and industry knowledge, shaped by a background in tech recruitment, employer branding, and ERG leadership. 

Her late-diagnosed neurodivergence shifted her entire approach to work and leadership. As an Autistic ADHDer, a woman of colour, and a first-generation immigrant, Parul bring a fresh, progressive and intersectional approach to championing neuroinclusion. 

Alongside her consultancy work, Parul runs the Neurodivergent Techies Discord Community, which is a safe and supportive online space for neurodivergent tech workers.

She also serves as the Disability Officer and a Union Representative for United Tech and Allied Workers, protecting tech workers' rights.
