As the Founder and Director of EMEEN - Ethnic Minority Employment & Entrepreneurship Network, Steve spearheads initiatives aimed at uplifting professionals in Northern Ireland. With a steadfast commitment to empowerment, Steve oversees six teams within EMEEN, each playing a crucial role in fostering inclusivity and opportunity. In addition to his leadership roles, Steve's expertise in HR- Employee Welfare, recruitment and T&D honed through international HR projects with Daimler, Wrights, Volvo and Michelin and local projects in Northern Ireland, underscores his ability to understand and address the needs of diverse professionals.
