Since joining Diversity Mark in its launch year, Christine has played a part in shaping Northern Ireland's diversity and inclusion landscape. As the Head of Business, she played a pivotal role in developing accreditation processes, fostering a robust community of committed employers, and building key stakeholder relationships.

In November 2023, Christine embraced the role of Director, to lead Diversity Mark into the future. Her passion lies in creating inclusive and diverse workplaces, where everyone feels not just included but truly welcome.

Before her journey with Diversity Mark, Christine spent over two decades immersed in the retail banking and motor trade sectors, holding diverse key management roles, and earning numerous performance and excellence awards throughout her career.
