As Director of HR at Belfast City Council, I am the strategic lead on the development and delivery of Belfast City Council’s People Strategy which ensures the Council’s workforce is diverse, talented and healthy and has the capacity and capability to deliver a wide range of services to residents of Belfast. During my career I have gained extensive experience of resourcing, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, industrial relations, managing change programmes, HR policy development. As Director of HR at Belfast City Council, I am responsible for the provision of HR advisory services to senior management and directors on a broad range of strategic HR issues to support management in the achievement of business objectives.
