Catherine is a HR professional with over 30 years’ experience working across the public and private sectors. The majority of her experience in the public sector has been gained in an organisational development role in local government. 

In Belfast City Council she leads on the delivery of the  organisational development aspects of the People Strategy, including people development, workforce planning, EDI, health and wellbeing, employability and inclusive growth.  She has led the development of a number of diversity action plans covering  gender, disability and LGBTQIA+  and is currently a board member of Employers for Disability NI.
