Natalie Brooks is the founder of Dyslexia in Adults and a qualified Dyslexia Workplace coach. With a social media reach of over 200,000, she’s become a leading voice on supporting neurodiverse professionals in the workplace.

Natalie has worked with global organisations including Microsoft, BCG, and the Department for Business and Trade, and regularly speaks at events such as the Dyslexia Show and London Adult Dyslexia Conference.

A former Amazon and Trainline employee, she now manages a fully neurodiverse team and helps companies turn good intentions into practical, inclusive support for both employees and managers.
