Community Clinical Manager

Tess Henry has over three decades of nursing experience in the UK and Australia, with a specialist background in wound care spanning vascular, plastics, burns and community nursing settings. Recognising the strong clinical link between oedema and wound management, she trained as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Lymphoedema with the Lymphoedema Training Academy, also completing the world's first Lipoedema course and the Advanced Lymphoedema training programme. She has worked as a Band 7 Lymphoedema Specialist Nurse and continues to practise clinically, holding an NHS Lymphoedema clinic role and a Community Honorary Contract to ensure her expertise remains grounded in current best practice for lower limb management.

In her role as Community Clinical Manager for Haddenham Healthcare, drawing on her clinical expertise she leads Haddenham's clinical training and pathway development in community settings, supporting the wider Haddenham Team, Tissue Viability Nurses, Community Teams, Practice Nurses and Lymphoedema Specialist Nurses with clinical pathway development, quality/service improvement and training projects.
