Fiona is committed to ensuring that service improvement is based on knowledge and understanding of service users’ and clients’ needs and that the user is at the centre of strategic planning and development.
Fiona has a long experience of working in multi-agency and health and social care settings with adults, families and children as a clinician and service manager and commissioner.
She has expertise in the application of solution focused brief therapy as a therapeutic intervention and within consultation to organizations. She also is an experienced and qualified executive coach and mentor.
Fiona’s breadth of knowledge and expertise enables her to work in partnership with individuals, teams and organizations from a range of sectors, ensuring a collaborative approach to change. Qualified at PhD level and with significant knowledge of research methodology, Fiona brings a strong analytical focus to her work in service improvement and professional development.
