Since joining MHFA England in 2018, Vicki has driven the growth of the organisation’s Instructor Training and Workplace programmes, and their consultancy services, helping businesses create mentally healthy, high-performing workplaces.

Passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive cultures, Vicki works with organisations of all sectors and sizes to embed long-term solutions that prioritise employee wellbeing and sustainable success. With unrivalled expertise in workplace mental health, she supports businesses to identify and address their employees’ mental health needs, driving meaningful change.

Before joining MHFA England, Vicki led a group of event businesses overseeing strategic planning, operational delivery and budgeting, driving £5.5 million in annual revenue.
