As Deputy Pro Dean (Research) at Warwick Medical School, I contribute to advancing research in biomedical, clinical and health sciences. With over 7 years of experience at the University of Warwick, my research focuses on understanding mental wellbeing across diverse populations, including individuals with chronic illness, neurodiversity, and people experiencing poor work conditions or work-related stress. These insights are used to co-create interventions to improve mental wellbeing in professional and educational environments. My research is supported by various funding sources, including research councils, charities, industry, the NHS, and government organizations, reflecting a collaborative approach to impactful mental health research.
