Dr Zoe Schaedel is an NHS GP with additional expertise in sleep medicine and women’s health. She lectures widely on these subjects at international conferences and corporate events, including teaching on the prestigious International Sleep Medicine Course. She also serves on the British Menopause Society Medical Advisory Committee and the British Sleep Society Education Committee.
Dr Schaedel is the co-director of Myla Health, a private women’s health clinic. Through Myla Health, she delivers impactful education and training to organisations, helping corporate clients promote workplace wellbeing by optimising sleep and improving women’s health. Her work focuses on enhancing employee performance, resilience, and overall productivity.
In addition, Dr Schaedel is the co-founder of The Good Sleep Clinic, which specialises in tailored treatment programmes for insomnia. She also leads the Brighton and Hove Community NHS Menopause Clinic.
Her expertise is reflected in published articles on menopause and sleep in The Lancet and Post Reproductive Health, as well as features in leading media outlets, including The Guardian, The Daily Express, Grazia, Stylist, and Good Housekeeping.
