Matthew is a Senior Account Executive at SFG20, helping complex, high-usage estates and facilities management teams take greater control of maintenance, compliance and operational performance through Facilities-iQ.

With a strong background in business development, team leadership and SaaS, Matthew has built his career around understanding operational challenges and helping organisations identify practical ways to improve performance. Before joining SFG20, he spent nearly three years at Birdeye, progressing into a UK Business Development Manager role after being recognised as a top-performing BDR. During his time there, he also led and mentored sales teams, focusing on performance, pipeline generation and best-practice prospecting.

At SFG20, Matthew works closely with facilities and estates teams to understand their maintenance strategies, compliance pressures and day-to-day challenges, connecting them with the expertise, tools and support available across SFG20.
