Michael has substantial experience across various sectors, including logistics, education, local government, and currently property management. He possesses expertise in developing and implementing digital strategies, architectural frameworks, data management, and innovation practices. He is deeply passionate about leveraging technology and data to improve colleague roles and productivity. Michael is now focused on integrating technology with property management, constructing digital twins and advanced analytics capability. Working with leaders across the organisation he is enabling NHSPS to understand and manage its properties in more innovative, responsible, and productive ways.
