Mark is the recent past Chair of the London Branch of the Emergency Planning Society. Mark spent over 40 years in the Public & Private sectors working to many strands of the Integrated Emergency Management doctrine. His work has included working on the identification and assurance of critical national infrastructure in UK. He has worked on stabilisation and recovery activity in weak and corroded communities helping to provide equity to the victims of crisis and conflict.

Mark’s public & private sector experience includes the protection of publicly accessible locations, where he led the EPS response the the recent Home Office public consultation.
