Liam is the Director of Projects & Estates Development at the University of East London (UEL). As we emerge from the global pandemic, along with all other aspects of estates development management, more recently focusing on the planning and delivery of the Connected Campus transformational capital works programme.
Liam has worked at various organisational levels, client-side and delivery whilst managing diverse portfolios of multi-million pound projects across all phases of end-to-end project management to transform concepts into reality within complex and challenging programmes.
As a strategic leader possessing in-depth experience of advisory including co-ordinating multidisciplinary teams working collaboratively across various industry sectors, Liam leverages strong technical knowledge and in project management frameworks with membership of the Association for Project Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for arts, manufactures and commerce.
Liam’s holds a MSc (Distinction) project management with research in the area of the future of project management interface with emerging technology exploring the human / machine interaction. His research is published in a chapter of a book titled “Strategy, Leadership and AI in the Cyber Ecosystem”.
Liam has a keen interest in engaging with an intellectually curious network to promote and share ideas where people are encouraged to participate in sharing ideas and have the power to create.
