Rebecca Dunkerley qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of East London, Rebecca has worked both abroad and in the UK in the private and voluntary sectors as well as in the NHS. Her clinical speciality is in postural management and pressure care of Wheelchair users. Rebecca remains registered as a Chartered Physiotherapist and does the occasional clinical shift at St Pancras Rehabilitation Unit.

Rebecca became interested in operational management and has held operational roles for the past 8 years. Her interests lie in the culture and climate across organisations and healthcare systems and she uses an evidence-based approach, much like in her clinical work, to underpin how she and her teams work.
