Is your organisation equipped to meet the demands of the Building Safety Act, Net Zero targets, and a rapidly digitalising construction industry?
The UK built environment is at a pivotal moment. With the full implementation of the Building Safety Act, the growing adoption of ISO 19650 under the UK BIM Framework, and increased momentum behind the Information Management Mandate from the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA), organisations face unprecedented pressure to manage data more effectively across the asset lifecycle. Simultaneously, trends such as digital twins, AI integration, and the government-backed National Digital Twin programme are transforming how we design, build, and operate our infrastructure.
However, many in the sector face significant challenges. Fragmented project data, limited interoperability, and skills shortages continue to hold back progress. The sector must now grapple with how to implement consistent information management practices, ensure the 'golden thread' of data is maintained for building safety compliance, and measure the whole-life performance of assets, all while meeting environmental and financial pressures.
Building on the success of the 2025 conference, where attendees benefits from a mixture of keynote addresses and panel discussions from the likes of Marie Grieve, Global Vice Chair of Women in BIM, Paul Wilkinson, Vice-Chair, nima, and Dr Bola Abisogun OBE, Chief Excitement Officer, Digital Twin Skills Academy, we are delighted to announce the National Information Management and Digital Construction Conference 2026.
The National Information Management and Digital Construction Conference 2026 will examine how the latest policies, standards, and technologies are transforming the construction industry. Delegates will learn how to deliver compliant, sustainable, and digitally enabled construction and asset management at scale.
