With a 30-year career working in social housing, third sector organisations and local authority Tracy has a passion in improving the lives of others. With both extensive experience of the operational management of services as well as being an experienced Commissioner she is enthused by the ability to deliver demonstrable outcomes, value for money and continuous improvement of organisations, systems, and contracts.
