Tom is the Director of Innovation and Diverse Hiring at Resource Solutions, advising clients on the future of HR and recruiting with a particular focus on responsible, sustainable and inclusive hiring. Tom works with clients to navigate how technology and behavioural change can drive meritocratic hiring with key projects including AI matching, recruitment process automation and validated assessment. Tom pioneered the use of research-based auditing within HR processes most notably the creation of the Recruitment Inlcusivity & bias minimisation Audit (recognised at the Reuters Responsible Business Awards 2021 and the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards 2021) and HR Ethics Audit.

Tom joined Resource Solutions in 2011 as a Digital Recruiter for a technology client and helped found the in-house Innovation team in 2015. Tom is the Chair of the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group at Resource Solutions. Tom has an MA in Career Development with a focus on the careers of under-represented talent and is currently studying Business Sustainability management at the university of Cambridge.
