The Annual Identity and Access Management Show 2026

Manchester 14 July 2026, 9:00am - 4:00pm

Overview

Are you ready to reimagine how identity and access are managed across government, public services and the enterprise?

Identity and access have become the front line of cybersecurity. Over the past year, the UK has accelerated work on digital identity and trust through the DSIT Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework, while the UK Cyber Strategy continues to push organisations toward zero trust and identity-first security.

According to the Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2025, 43% of UK businesses and 30% of charities reported a cybersecurity breach or attack in the last year. Meanwhile, the Digital Identity Sectoral Analysis 2025 shows the UK’s digital identity sector now contributes £2.1 billion in revenue, underlining rapid growth and rising demand for scalable identity services. Yet the sector faces a growing list of severe challenges. Many organisations lack consistent Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices, including secure authentication, lifecycle management, and third-party access control. At the same time, adoption of zero-trust and identity-first security remains uneven, leaving many organisations vulnerable to credential theft, phishing and privilege escalation.

The Institute of Government & Public Policy is delighted to announce Identity & Access Management Show 2026, a dedicated forum bringing together security leaders, identity practitioners, and technology providers from across government, healthcare, finance, critical infrastructure, and enterprise.

Join the Institute of Government & Public Policy in Manchester for the Annual Identity & Access Management Show 2026, which aims to address real-world identity and access challenges. The event will share best practices, explore emerging technologies, align with new UK identity regulations, and deliver actionable strategies for zero-trust, identity-first security, and trustworthy citizen and workforce identity.
