An internationally recognised expert on housing, placemaking and ESG, she has more than 20 years' strategic advisory and investment experience working across five continents. Previously Placemaking and Investment Director at Thriving Investments, Alex has also chaired the Radix Big Tent Housing Commission since 2024 and is co-host of the Planning After Dark podcast. An experienced government advisor and published author of more than 30 books and reports, she was awarded Honorary Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2025 and was named Residential Leader of the Year in 2023.
