An internationally experienced leader in business transformation, Mike brings over 25 years of expertise across the water, energy, and infrastructure sectors. His career includes executive leadership roles at Arcadis, where he spearheaded global growth and digital strategy, and a foundational tenure at United Utilities, pioneering the UK water sector’s first carbon reduction program. A Chartered Management Consultant with an MSc in Water, Energy and the Environment, Mike is focused on scaling research into practical solutions that support growth and healthy places.
