Ruth has been a successful Head and Executive Head, as well as a MAT Finance Director, an Ofsted Inspector, and AQA English examiner. She currently supports Academies and MATs with a range of projects, including curriculum design, behaviour systems and staffing restructures. Ruth is passionate about linking the educational and financial elements of school leadership so that they work together in the best interests of children and young people.
