Sophie is an experienced strategic communications specialist and has worked in the third sector for 10 years. With a keen interest in behaviour change, she’s hugely passionate about mental health and normalising conversations around our mental health and wellbeing – particularly in the workplace. Sophie is also an advocate for suicide prevention, since losing her dad to suicide in 2017.

Sophie’s current role in the Mental Health at Work Programme at Mind sees her leading on the strategic communications, brand and marketing of a UK wide programme that aims to demystify mental health in the workplace. The programme offers support for employers to improve their working policies, practices, and culture, build mental health literacy and reduce mental health stigma in the workplace.
