Sarah Frith is a Head of Design at Willmott Dixon, responsible for providing clear and motivational leadership to the design team to help inspire excellence and design innovation through leading by example

Based in Hertfordshire she is involved with construction and development schemes across East Anglia and London.  Her background in architecture, development and main contracting gives her a unique insight into sustainable construction.  Knowing that she is part of the process of shaping the world she lives in, is one of the reasons she gets out of bed each morning.

She is still a chartered architect and achieving high quality sustainable design is one of her priorities.  Throughout her time, she has focussed on creating environments that allow construction companies and communities to come together and create successful developments.
