David has worked in the construction side of the public sector specialising in energy efficiency retrofit for almost 10 years. Working for the last year with the South East Consortium, he is driven to support the sector drive progressive and meaningful change in the way we tackle the decarbonisation challenge, after all there is no alternative.

South East Consortium (SEC) is a central purchasing body and not for profit organisation providing services relating to public procurement. We create intelligent frameworks for the sector to use. We can provide customers with solutions pre, during and post procurement process. SEC provide customers with a range of training, events and networking opportunities. We embrace collaboration and challenging the status quo. We’re here to influence solutions for the sectors future. Our Roundtable and Knowledge Share platforms are set up for peer to peer learning. David is also leading a sector work group looking to tackle the Climate Emergency in housing.
