Mike Bell is the first chair of the Integrated Care Partnership for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire and deputy leader of North Somerset Council. As a councillor for 21 years he has led on a range of portfolios and is currently responsible for public health, housing and adult services. He is chair of North Somerset’s Health and Wellbeing Board. Mike is also a member of the Local Government Association’s Community Wellbeing Board. Professionally, he works for a national sight loss charity in campaigns and public affairs.
