Emma is the Head of Student Engagement and Information at Office for Students. She has written extensively on the importance of information and student information and she is passionate about the best use of information and data in an academic environment. In her past experience she was a Registry Manager for the Royal Agricultural Society. She has also a Statistician for the Cornwall Council where she maintained the quality of DfE data collections on behalf of more than 250 schools and 70,000 students through rigorous planning, validation and quality assurance and ensuring the quality, relevance and usefulness of the performance analyses produced.
