Joe is a Cyber Security Engineer for the Elizabeth Line, specialising in the resilience of Operational Technology (OT) and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). Over his 20-year career at Transport for London, he has developed deep expertise at the intersection of railway safety and cybersecurity. An IET member and certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Joe was nominated for Emerging Talent of the Year at the National Cyber Awards.
