Ian is a Partner and Head of Consulting specialising in insurance business change and transformation. He had a late diagnosis of ADD, ASD, dyslexic and dyspraxic - therefore, living the majority of his life as a neurotypical. Ian has found the journey of self-discovery quite cathartic, getting to understand himself, his quirks, and his challenges. Alongside work, Ian has recently completed an MSc in Business and Strategic Leadership at Cranfield University where his thesis researched how the insurance sector could attract, recruit, develop and retain neurominorities.
