John Percy is a Partner at property consultants Montagu Evans and heads up their Town Centre Sector group. 

He is an expert in property development helping clients identify and deliver projects across the UK with a focus on town centre regeneration. He works for both the public and private sectors advising companies such as Network Rail, Hammerson, Nuveen, Abrdn, Columbia Threadneedle and various London Boroughs and Birmingham City Council. 

He is chair of the Revo Redevelopment and Regeneration Committee and a trustee of the Royal Free NHS Trust.
