Simon has over thirty years of regeneration experience and joined Newcastle under Lyme at a time of great change and opportunity, over two and half years ago.

The Town and wider Borough are currently experiencing unprecedented levels of investment and regeneration activity, through the Governments Future High Streets and Town Deal funding, of over £50m. Simon is leading this change, on behalf of the Council, and developed the vision for this with the Leadership of the Council to create new modern spaces for residents and businesses that brings life back into the Town Centres of the Borough.
