Faye has spent several years advocating for a reduction in mental health stigma both in and outside of the workplace. Her passion for change was created after growing up with her close family member suffering from severe mental illness and her experiencing her own struggles with mental health. Fuelled by her experiences, Faye is now a published author, a public speaker, and the founder of Let's Listen – an organization dedicated to breaking down mental health stigma.

Following her work with a mental health charity where she organised events to raise funds for outreach projects, Faye utilised her Msc in International Business and Management to investigate men's mental health in the North-West Construction Sector. Through direct engagement with construction workers, she was able to gather first-hand data and made some remarkable discoveries. Her work caught the eye of Liverpool John Moores University, which led to the publication of her findings on various platforms.

Following her research journey, Faye naturally ventured into establishing Let's Listen, an organization that provides training and various services to the Construction Industry and Male-dominated Sectors to promote better mental health. Faye collaborates closely with local community projects, organizations, and sporting facilities to combat the current mental health crisis.
