Rebecca is general manager for community services within ESNEFT (East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust). Prior to this Rebecca was service lead for the REACT team within Ipswich and east Suffolk where she transformed the team during her five years in post achieving a fully integrated health and care community-based admission avoidance offer. Rebecca is a physiotherapist and has worked across numerous settings within London and east Anglia. 

In 2014 Rebecca completed a MSc degree in Leadership and Innovation in healthcare. Rebecca co-authored and published a journal article (2014) about ‘The Need for a 7-day Therapy Service on an Emergency Assessment Unit’. 

In her current role Rebecca is developing an integrated community health and social care model with both urgent community response and anticipatory care included.
