Jerry has many years experience working in and with local councils across England, Scotland and Wales supporting social care system development, integration, procurement, implementation and their use to enable change and transformation. Jerry has led Performance and Business Intelligence functions in councils and worked for a number of the social care system suppliers in a business development and product management capacity. Jerry is currently working with DHSC and NHS TD on the system specification for the new care account.
