Russ is an Industry Leader & Managing Consultant with 30+ years of experience. He has specialist local public services experience spanning NHS, Healthcare and Local Government across service and technology strategies, new target operating model development and workforce cultural change.

He has published over 30 articles, market guides and research findings including co-authoring “System Error” the 2011 seminal report on Agile adoption in Government; Integrated Care (Volumes 1 and 2); 10 Digital Initiatives for Adults and Childrens Social Care; “AI in Social Care” and “Virtual Care in the wake of Covid 19”. Russ is a member of NHSX’s RPA Review Board & Social Care Advisory Group (NSCAG), a Steering Committee member for the Healthcare Efficiency through Technology (HETT) conference, a Board member of the Federation for Health & Care Informaticians (FEDIP) and a Trustee of leading Healthcare Education Charity Kings Foundation and Kings Live.
