Azi Court (he/him) is an 18-year-old speaker and content creator at Ausome Minds. Azi is AuDHD and LGBTQ+ activist. He shares his perspectives in speaking events, including two national HR conferences, as a neurodivergent and trans member of Gen Z. Azi is a college student, studying a T-level in Media Production. He switched to this course from A-Levels mostly because the assessment method is more accessible than A-Level exams. Azi speaks about what employers, educators, and policymakers can learn from genuinely listening to and accommodating neurodivergent learners - including where neurodivergence intersects with LGBTQIA+ identity.
