As expectations of employers continue to rise, inclusivity is no longer a standalone initiative but a core driver of organisational performance, employee wellbeing, and long-term resilience. Under the Equality Act 2010, employers are required to promote equality and eliminate discrimination, yet translating these obligations into everyday workplace culture remains a complex and evolving task.

According to the CIPD, only 3 in 10 employers believe their leadership is truly committed to EDI.
