Ian Hill is an industry Insight Manager at CITB and has worked on the CSN forecast since 2009, presenting to a range of stakeholders from industry and Government.  Ian has also led in CITB’s production of bespoke forecasts such as the nuclear new build programme, through to reports for Local Enterprise Partnerships and detailed local area analysis for Scotland.
