Andrew is Director of Workforce and Public Affairs at the electrical contractors’ trade association, ECA, and the Construction Leadership Council’s lead on installer competence post Grenfell.

Before joining ECA, Andrew spent four-and-a-half years as Crossrail’s Head of Employee Relations, with responsibility for construction industrial relations on the project and delivery of its apprenticeship, skills and employment targets. Prior to this he worked for the Olympic Delivery Authority’s delivery partner as the Olympic Park Industrial Relations Manager.

Andrew is a member of the JIB National Board, director of the Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP) and a trustee-director of the apprentice training charity JTL, with currently over 8,000 electrical and engineering services apprentices in training.
