Jane is employed as a Disability Support Officer at The University of Warwick and has worked within the University sector for over 20 years both at The University of Warwick and previously at Imperial College London. Since starting her own menopausal journey in her late 30’s Jane has become passionate that people are empowered to make informed decisions about their own journey, as well as breaking the menopause taboo especially in the workplace. She has been the co-chair of the University of Warwick Menopause Staff Network since 2019 and has organised events for the network including talks, meet ups and an ideas café, as well setting up a Teams Group during the pandemic so that staff could chat and support one another. Jane has also mentored many women through their menopause journey.
