Cathy Howells MSc Psychology, BSc Hons Specialist Community Public Health Nurse has been working in Occupational Health for 29 years, with experience across a wide variety of NHS and private sector organisations. She joined University of Leicester in 2017 and one of her first tasks was to assist with the development and implementation of the menopause policy. Cathy is passionate about health and wellbeing in the workplace and works closely with both managers and members of staff to ensure that work is good for health and that everyone is able to achieve their potential at work.
