Head of Community Development and Engagement

Linsay is head of Community Development and Engagement at MEND (Muslim Engagement, and Development) which is an NGO that aims to tackle Islamophobia in all its forms across the whole of the UK. Linsay Graduated in Scots Law (Hons) and studied a Masters in Human Rights Law from Strathclyde University.

Linsay previously worked as a project manager of two CCF funded projects at West of Scotland regional equality council and Al-Meezan in Glasgow. The project's engaged individuals and communities in their environmental journey.

Linsay is currently Chair of Interfaith Scotland, part of the committee for Peace and Unity events in Glasgow, and sits on the committee for Scottish Faith Action for Refugees along with other charitable organisations.

Linsay has previous experience as a board member of Muslim Council of Scotland for two terms.
