Angela is Head of Policy and Research at Business Disability Forum, responsible for designing BDF’s research programme and leading BDF’s policy strategy. She is the author of The Great Big Workplace Adjustments Survey and leads BDF’s disability data monitoring working group.

Her other current research projects focus on the intersectional experience of disabled people’s wellbeing at work and the effectiveness assistive technology at university and in employment. She regularly gives evidence at various Parliamentary Select Committee inquiries on these topics.

Angela is a regular press spokeswoman and regularly contributes to workplace health and workforce inclusion media publications. She also regularly writes for disability ‘lifestyle’ magazines on topics driven by her work on researching disabled people’s lives.
