Claire Goodall is a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Lead with STEM Returners. Her role is to consult with STEM Sector and Construction Organisations to enable them to successfully run Returners Programmes.

With 6 years of E,D&I experience, STEM Returners is a trail blazing Consultancy in the field of Returnships, having supported over 300 professionals back to work after a career break. Claire and the team, support Hiring Managers, Senior HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition specialist, to come on a E, D & I journey, with the use of coaching and mentoring support. These returnships facilitate paid work placements for professionals seeking re-employment following a career break along with those who wish to transfer their skills. The Programme greater impacts organisational Diversity in the STEM Sector.    

Claire Goodall’s wider career has been centred around supporting people back to work and helping them thrive. From helping unemployed adults by delivering training and employability advice to 9 years working in affordable housing recruitment with an Executive Search Firm, Claire has a wealth of experience across the board.

Claire is Assoc CIPD qualified HR graduate, with qualifications in Information, Advice & Guidance. She also recently completed a CIM Leading Quality and Diversity level 6 qualification with Inclusive Employers.
