Hamish Shah is CMI's Policy and Innovation Manager, one of the authors of the Everyone Economy report, and the policy lead on EDI for the organisation.
He leads the delivery of a programme of innovative and impactful policy development and analysis to influence, inform and evidence policy and practice on the link between management and leadership, EDI, job quality and productivity.
He sits on several Government working groups on behalf of CMI and is also a member of CMI’s Ethnicity Inclusion Hub.
