Kate Neale is a strategic climate action leader with 15 years’ experience driving sustainability, net zero and resilience across the private and public sectors. As Climate Action Director at the City of London Corporation, she leads the delivery of the Corporation’s Climate Action Strategy, mobilising teams and partners across the City to deliver net zero and strengthen resilience in the Square Mile by 2040. She also oversees delivery of net zero in the Corporation’s own operations by 2027 and value chain by 2040, bringing together policy, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and impact measurement to turn ambition into practical action. Before joining the Corporation, she worked in property sustainability, most recently creating Cadogan Estate’s first sustainability strategy, covering net zero, climate risk, air quality, circular economy, water, greening, employment and skills, and social value.
